Established in 1997, LVVI strives to provide world class structural engineering and consulting services to architects, contractors, and developers. Over the years, we have built lasting relationships by listening to our clients, learning from our experiences and applying our expertise to projects both large and small. We strive to provide engineering consultation that exceeds our client’s expectations, every time. Our work is collaborative. It is often behind the scenes. It is acutely focused to assure individualized success with each and every project. We understand the importance of timely delivery and the value in providing cost-effective, practical and innovative solutions that achieve our clients’ visions and needs. Our mission remains steadfast; provide quality work for our clients and to be valuable members of strong design and construction teams.
Our staff includes registered professional engineers with diverse backgrounds. We maintain active licenses in Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho. Our staffing philosophy is based on maintaining sustained growth, encouraging both team and individual success, and promoting the entrepreneurial spirit. We are a growing firm with the goal of providing a consistent level of service to growing clients.
Since our inception, we have provided services in both public and private land development. Projects include corporate office developments, industrial parks and buildings, hospitals, K-12 and higher education school buildings, commercial and retail center developments, institutional, mixed-use developments multi-story mid-rise, public works projects and a number of seismic retrofits. Our diverse experience has allowed us to provide specialty design services ranging from sports stadiums, hospitals, school and fire station designs to seismic reports and retrofits to design of aluminum frame tents and other temporary structures.
We value our relationships with our clients and work hard to maintain these partnerships.
